All that we're going to do is download your email engagement data from ConstantContact so we can calculate your health score. We store this data very securely and it is only used for the purposes of reporting on your email performance. We promise it will never be sold or shared with any third party. The security of your data is of paramount importance to us.
What data do we store?
Here is the data we store for each of your contacts:
ConstantContact's internal contact ID of the contact
The date the contact was last updated within ConstantContact
The domain name of the contact (e.g. @gmail.com or @hotmail.com or @thisbusinessname.com)
The date an email was most recently sent to the contact
The date an email was most recently opened by the contact
The date an email was most recently clicked by the contact
Any tags applied to the contact (so we can filter reports according to tags)
The marketing status of the contact (e.g. Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Double Opt-In, Bounced etc.)
The recent email history for that contact - dates that emails were sent, and whether each of those was opened or not
